OUR EXPERIENCE SHOWS THAT MOST FAMILIES SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ALTERNATIVE PACKAGE OFFERINGS

   
These package offerings are an alternative to itemizing pricing.  These offerings are less than the sum of the parts; therefore, if any items named herein are not used, there is no credit or deduction of that charge. The General Price List is available for itemized prices. If you wish to see it, just contact us here at the funeral home.

 A.     TRADITIONAL FUNERAL SERVICE

 This service includes the services of the funeral director and supporting staff for coordinating and directing the chapel or church and graveside service; administrative staff for coordinating, obtaining, and filing legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements; use of the business office, arrangement office, preparation room, hospitality room, the facilities for viewing; use of the facilities for the service or for setup at church or other facility; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home, auto equipment (funeral coach, family limousine, flower car, pallbearers car, utility vehicle) (within 30-mile radius); embalming or refrigeration; other preparation, dressing, cosmetizing, casketing.

B.     GRAVESIDE SERVICE (ONLY)

This service includes the services of the funeral director and supporting staff for coordinating and directing the graveside service; administrative staff for coordinating, obtaining, and filing legal documents and other paperwork necessary to complete the arrangements, use of the business office, arrangement office, preparation room, hospitality room, the facilities for viewing; removal of the deceased from the place of death to the funeral home, auto equipment (funeral coach, family limousine, flower car, pallbearers car, utility vehicle) (within 30-mile radius); embalming or refrigeration; other preparation, dressing cosmetizing, casketing.

These services DOE NOT INCLUDE special care of autopsy/organ donation, casket, register book, memorial folders, acknowledgement cards, sales tax on merchandise when applicable, flowers, vault, cemetery fees, or cash advances on your behalf to persons beyond our staff such as a beautician, clergy, or musicians.  There will be an overtime charge for weekend or holiday services.



CREMATION PACKAGE SERVICES

SERVICE A:  TRADITIONAL SERVICE W/VIEWING THEN CREMATION

This service can be performed either in a church or in our chapel.
Basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff includes:

  1. Assistance with government claims, insurance forms, legal papers, and obituary notices

  2. Transfer of the remains to funeral home (within 30-mile radius)

  3. Embalming, dressing, visitation at funeral home

  4. Use of facilities and staff for funeral ceremony or equipment and staff for church service

  5. Auto equipment, Limousine

  6. Crematorium Fee

SERVICE B:  PRIVATE FAMILY VIEWING, CREMATION, & MEMORIAL SERVICE

Basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff includes:

  1. Assistance with government claims, insurance forms, legal papers, and obituary notices

  2. Transfer of remains to funeral home (within 30-mile radius)

  3. Preparation for viewing one time, dressing, use of facilities and staff for viewing

  4. Use of facilities and staff for memorial service or equipment and staff for church service or event

  5. Limousine

  6. Refrigeration (three days)

  7. Crematorium Fee

SERVICE C:  BASIC CREMATION NO VIEWING W/MEMORIAL SERVICE

Basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff includes:

  1. Assistance with government claims, insurance forms, legal papers, and obituary notices

  2. Transfer of remains to funeral home (within 30-mile radius)

  3. Use of facilities and staff for memorial service or equipment and staff for church service or event

  4. Limousine

  5. Refrigeration (three days)

  6. Crematorium Fee

SERVICE D:  BASIC CREMATION W/PRIVATE FAMILY VIEWING

Basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff includes:

  1. Assistance with government claims, insurance forms, legal papers, and obituary notices

  2. Transfer of remains to funeral home (within 30-mile radius); utility vehicle

  3. Refrigeration (three days)

  4. Preparation for viewing one time, use of facilities and staff for viewing

  5. Crematorium Fee

PART II:

WAC246-490-040  Viewing after 24 hours from receipt of remains at the Funeral
Home requires embalming.  Embalming Fee:  $355.00

Viewing of an autopsied remains requires embalming.

SERVICE E:  BASIC CREMATION NO VIEWING OR MEMORIAL SERVICE

Basic services of the Funeral Director and Staff includes:

  1. Assistance with government claims, insurance forms, legal papers, and obituary notices

  2. Transfer of remains to funeral home (within 30-mile radius); utility vehicle

  3. Refrigeration (three days)

  4. Crematorium Fee

These services DO NOT INCLUDE special care of autopsy/organ donation, an alternative cremation container or cremation casket for the remains to be placed in before cremation.  For those services which include visitation, a cremation unit meeting the appropriate standards must be selected.  Packages do not include an urn for the cremated remains to be placed in after cremation or cash advances on your behalf to persons beyond our staff such as a beautician, clergy, or musicians.  Sales tax of 8.0% will be added to merchandise purchased by residents of the State of Washington.  There will be an overtime charge for weekend or holiday services.
